• Using the original pack as received, you will be able to start your return or exchange process.

• If you need to make an exchange, you will have the option to select from available products. bearing 50% of waybill fee.

When will I get my refund?
We will credit your account with the eligible amount immediately after the returned item(s) is processed and confirmed to be the same item sold. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

STANDARD SHIPPING: 

• Most orders are delivered within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's date.

• Expedited shipping is available with a higher shipping cost.
